Day Campers Pick up/Drop off
- Drop off at 8:30 am
Drop off will be at the corner of Amherst/Danforth St (Near the new music building)
- Pick up at 4:15 pm
Pick up will be at the corner of Amherst/Danforth St (Near the new music building)
EXCEPT for Friday (Pick up will be at 3 pm, same location)
Alternatively, for FRIDAY, we invite parents to join the wrap-up ceremony for the camp at 2:30 pm

What to Bring
- Water bottle
- Goggles + 2 Rackets
- Extra shirt/change of clothes
- Snacks
|

Lunch
- Lunch will be every day at 12 pm
- Lunch will be provided for all campers (we will accommodate any specific allergies or needs)
- Campers may also pack their own lunch if preferred
- We usually eat lunch outside at the student center to enjoy some sunlight
- After lunch, we give the kids downtime before resuming with the talk of the day at 1 pm

Accommodation (overnight)
● IGH : International Guest House, 237 Beacon St, Boston
● In the heart of Back Bay, one of the nicest neighborhoods of Boston
● Walking distance from MIT, Newbury Street, Boston Public Gardens, and Charles River
- For the overnight campers drop off, we will meet on Sunday between 5 and 6 pm at the accommodation (we can arrange if different arrival time)
- The overnight campers' pick up will be the same as for day campers, at 2:30 pm on Friday, directly at the squash courts
- Parking available on Vassar Street, Albany Street, and in the visitors' lot on 139 Mass Ave

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations before May 1st will be FULLY refunded minus $100 processing fees
- All cancellations before June 1st, full credit for another session minus $100 processing fees (credit only valid for the next summer)
- All cancellations after June 1st, no refund available, but full credit available if a spot can be filled by a player on the waitlist, minus a $200 processing fee
- For OVERNIGHT campers, the same policies will apply, but with no refund/no credit possible regarding the housing accommodation costs
